Shipping & Refunds

I aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and effortless as possible. Please note that items held in your shopping cart are not reserved and may still be purchased by other customers. A sale is not final until payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation of your order. I reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.

Shipping of Art Prints

All Art Prints are printed on demand by Prodigi at the print facility closest to you, the customer. This allows for faster shipping and helps reduce the environmental impact.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • After your print has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email including tracking information.

  • I am not liable for any loss or damage to your parcel after it has been handed to the courier.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Please allow extra time during busy periods or holidays.

  • Shipping is available worldwide except for Israel, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Palestine.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, I will contact you to clarify the correct address before reshipping at my expense. Note that returned packages are not always guaranteed to be sent back.

Refunds & Returns

Art Prints are tailor-made and printed on demand. According to Prodigi and EU/Finland consumer law:

  • Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Items that are simply unwanted or ordered by mistake cannot be returned, as each print is custom-made.

Faulty or Damaged Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so I can evaluate the issue and address it with Prodigi.

  • Time frame: within 48 hours of receiving your parcel

  • Required information: your order number, photos of the defect or damage, and a short description of the issue

  • Any faulty or damaged returns must be finalized and sent back within 5 working days

If the item is faulty or damaged, I will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Additional Notes

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs only if the issue is not caused by me or Prodigi.

  • I will cover return shipping costs if the error is mine or Prodigi’s.

  • Shipping delays due to high order volume, holidays, or customs are beyond my control.

  • This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Finnish consumer protection law, including the exemption for personalized, made-to-order products.
